It should be returned in its original packaging, along with any accessories (if applicable).

The return request must be made within the specified timeframe.


Non-Returnable Items

Products that have been used or opened.

Customized or special-order items.

Any item that is damaged due to misuse or improper storage.


Refund Process

Refunds are issued using the original payment method, after the returned product is received and inspected.

Original shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable.

The customer is responsible for return/exchange shipping costs, unless the return is due to an error on our part.


How to Request a Return

  2. Provide your order number and photos showing the product’s condition, if necessary.

  3. We will send you the return address and instructions for completing the return.


Additional Notes

We reserve the right to decline returns that do not meet the above conditions.

If the error is on our side (wrong or damaged item), we will cover all costs and resend your order at no additional charge.
